- Preheat oven to 375°F begin cake base
- Cream together softened butter, sugar. Add Eggs, apple Flavoring and caramel. Sift in flour and baking powder.

- After cake is cooked completely, cut at least 3 1" layers. 2 layers is fine
- To the first layer, go around the rim of the cake with whipped cream, and close in with a 4" well.
- To the well, add the apple jam. Do this for the next layer.
- You should still have whipped cream remaining, to use this- decorate around the rim with a star tip, creating peaks or a design of your choice. Top (peaks) with caramel drizzle and a thin apple slice.
- Assembly complete. Continue to tea
- To prepare tea add 2 Green tea bags, 1 cinnamon stick, 1 lemon slice or ½ of a juiced lemon, and steep until desired color, (maybe 10 minutes or so).
- Add tea to your favorite tea cup and add honey for sweetener, or omit honey and replace with sugar or sweetener of choice.
