- Line the cups on a heatproof container and cover loosely with cellophane wrap.
- Place disposable chopsticks under the heatproof container and heat up in at 500 to 600W in the microwave for about 3 minutes.
- When you poke a toothpick into the cake and if nothing sticks to the toothpick, then it is ready.
- When the cup cakes are slightly cool, cover them with a cellophane wrap loosely so that it wont be dry, let it cool. Sprinkle some powdered sugar on when it is cool. I think it would be nice if you use a tea strainer to sprinkle the powdered sugar.
