- In a bowl soften butter, in different bowl sift almond flour, sugar, salt. Adding dry ingredients into butter and mix for 3 times. Pouring egg little by little in 3 to 5 times to mix. When it'boiling turn off the heat, put gelatin in whisk until dissolve, then strain it. Gracage is poured when it reaches 90F. Put in fridge at leat 1hour
