  2. Pour 1/3 of the cake batter into 12-cup fluted tube pan sprayed with cooking spray. Toss mangos with remaining flour; stir into remaining cake batter. Pour over batter in pan.
  3. Bake 1 hour 10 min. or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool cake in pan 10 min. Loosen cake from sides of pan with knife. Invert cake onto wire rack; gently remove pan. Cool cake completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar just before serving.
